Flexible Schedule
Working with BME means no more missed personal appointments. Once you are certified you choose the hours you are able to work. Work as little or as much you want in the intervals you choose.
Free Certification
Each agent must be certified to take calls. We offer free certification courses before you start taking calls to ensure that you are knowledgeable and confident enough to complete first call resolutions. After you are certified you're able to take calls and earn an hourly wage.
Onboarding Process
We keep our agents in mind the whole time. We have made our onboarding process quick and simple. After you complete the application below you must register your job portal. The steps to register your portal will be emailed to you. Be sure to check your spam.
Job Portal
Once you have registered you will have access to your job portal. When companies need customer service agents they list their jobs in the portal and you will pick the job you want. Each job has different terms so pick the one that fits your lifestyle.

What company will I be taking calls for?
BME is contracted with multiple fortune 500 companies
How much is the pay?
Each company picks the hourly wage, when jobs are available you will see the hourly pay. Range is $10-$15 an hour
Is it hourly pay?
Yes, after you complete the free certification course you are paid hourly.
Is it full time?
This is a 1099 position so you choose the hours you want to work.
Do I have to pay anything to register and look at the jobs available?
No, you don’t have to pay anything until after you have found the job that works for you. After you find the job you want you will pay a $30 background check.
How and when do I pay the background check fee?
You pay once your have enrolled in a job, once enrolled you complete a PC check, identity check, and then background check. So keep in mind you don’t have to pay anything to just look at jobs and register. The fee also does not go to me it goes directly to the company completing the background check.
How long before I start working?
It depends on the job you choose. Register ASAP so you can see the jobs available. Usually once a job is put in your portal the certification course starts a few weeks later.
Do you provide equipment?
No, since this is a 1099 position you must provide your own equipment. BME does work with a company that finances. More information below
Are taxes taken out of my check?
No, this is a 1099 position so you pay taxes on your own time. The only thing deducted from your check is an admin fee.
Can you work more than one job at a time?
Yes, but you can not be in 2 certification courses at one time.
Each time I get a new job do I have to pay for a background check?
No, you only pay for a background check once every 3 years, not per job.

The registration process takes about 15 minutes and then you will complete an assessment after you have registered and been approved.
